Five reeds,
One distinctive sound
From classical and contemporary repertoire to our own arrangements, Arundo5 combines the colours of the oboe, clarinet, saxophone, bass clarinet and bassoon in a sound that is warm, vibrant and surprisingly versatile.
WHAT AUDIENCES SAY
“Absolutely loved the choice of music and the arrangements. The standard was outstanding!”
Hilary
Audience member, Spring Bank Arts, New Mills, 2026“The personal introductions, descriptions and explanations before each piece are great — the enthusiasm and commentary gets listeners involved and invested before a note is played.”
Craig
Audience member, Spring Bank Arts, New Mills, 2026“I liked the way each musician chose a piece of music and explained their reasons for choosing it. It made for varied and enjoyable listening — uplifting and foot-tapping at times, more thought-provoking and mysterious at others. Great entertainment.”
